Ginga

Description

Ginga is a liquid tincture of ginger root (Zingiber officinale), one of the world’s oldest and best-loved spices and medicines, and a familiar kitchen remedy in South African homes. It is traditionally used to support healthy digestion, help relieve nausea (including travel sickness), indigestion, bloating and wind, and support the body’s natural inflammatory response for comfortable joints and muscles. Its warming zing comes from natural gingerols and shogaols, captured in an extract standardised to a 1:3 strength with 45% alcohol. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding or with gallstones; check with your healthcare practitioner if you take blood-thinning medicine.
