Description
Siberian-Tonic is a liquid tincture of eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), also called Siberian ginseng, a hardy shrub from the forests of Siberia, China and Korea. As a classic adaptogen, it is traditionally used to help the body cope with physical and mental stress, support energy, stamina and resilience, and support a balanced immune system. Its action is steady rather than stimulating, making it a good fit for long work weeks, study, training or recovery. It is standardised to a 1:3 strength with 45% alcohol and is best taken in the morning. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding; check with your healthcare practitioner if you have high blood pressure.
