Description
Lympha-Flow is a liquid tincture of European goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea), a bright yellow meadow flower with a long history in European herbal medicine as a herb for the urinary tract. It is traditionally used to increase the flow of urine and gently flush the kidneys and bladder, support healthy kidney and urinary function, and support lymphatic drainage. It is standardised to a 1:3 strength with 50% alcohol and works best alongside plenty of water. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for fluid retention caused by heart or kidney problems, or if you are allergic to the daisy family; see a doctor if you have pain or blood when passing urine.
