Description
Ashwa-Zen is a liquid tincture of ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, used for over 3,000 years for strength and vitality. As a well-known adaptogen, it is traditionally used to help the body adapt to everyday stress, support steady energy and a balanced mood, and promote calm, restful sleep. It restores balance rather than stimulating, so you can feel more energised by day and more settled at night. It is standardised to a 1:3 strength with 45% alcohol; ages 12 and older take 10 to 15 drops in a quarter glass of water or juice, 2 to 3 times daily. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding; use with caution alongside sedatives.
