Description
Rhodio-Vitality is a liquid tincture of Rhodiola rosea root, known as golden root or arctic root, a hardy plant of cold, high-altitude regions once relied on by Vikings and Siberian communities for strength and endurance. As a well-known adaptogen, it is traditionally used to help relieve fatigue linked to stress, support energy and mental performance, and help you stay balanced under pressure. It is standardised to a 1:3 strength with 45% alcohol and is best taken in the morning, as it can be mildly stimulating. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding or for people with bipolar disorder; check with your healthcare practitioner if you take antidepressants
