Description
Passi-Zen is a liquid tincture of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), a climbing vine with intricate purple-and-white flowers that has long been a well-loved calming herb in European and American herbal medicine. It is traditionally used to help relieve nervous tension, restlessness and mild everyday stress, and to support restful, natural sleep, especially when a racing mind keeps you awake. The leaves, stems and flowers are extracted and standardised to a 1:3 strength with 45% alcohol. For sleep, take it 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding; it may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving and alcoholic drinks after taking it.
