Description
Curma-Flam is a liquid tincture of turmeric root (Curcuma longa), the golden spice at the heart of Ayurvedic and Western herbal traditions. It is traditionally used to support the body’s natural inflammatory response, ease joint stiffness and everyday aches, and support recovery after physical activity. Because turmeric’s golden curcuminoids dissolve poorly in water, Curma-Flam is made with a higher 69% alcohol content to draw them out, and is standardised to a 1:3 strength. Take it with a meal. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have gallstones; speak to your healthcare practitioner first if you take blood-thinning medicine.
