Description
Femi-Phase is a liquid tincture of chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus), the peppery fruit of the Mediterranean chaste tree, used for women’s health since ancient Greece. It is traditionally used to help relieve premenstrual symptoms such as breast tenderness, irritability, mood changes and bloating, and to support a regular, balanced menstrual cycle. Chasteberry works gradually, so it is taken every day and most women give it about three cycles. It is standardised to a 1:3 strength with 60% alcohol. Not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding or fertility treatment; check with your healthcare practitioner if you use hormonal contraception or hormone therapy.
